How I Maintained My Weight After My Surgery
A sudden halt after 7 years of consistent exercising.
Hi friends,
How’s it going?
It’s been a hectic week and I was thinking how being self-employed isn’t as dreamy as people make it sound. Then I compared it to the time when seniors in the corporate sector throw shit at you just because they’re on top, and then I felt a lot better.
Sometimes, it’s easy to feel terrible about our situation. Try to compare it to what could be worse, and it’ll make you feel better.
Let’s dive straight into it!
🙋🏻♀️Here’s What I’m Up To
Reading: I was reading Seduction by Robert Greene because I heard him talk about it on Lewis Howes’ podcast. It’s too heavy a read right now and I’ve moved to read The Minimalist Entrepreneur by Sahil Lavingia who I greatly admire.
Meds: On 18th November, I finally had my last dose of medication after 65+ days! So happy.
Moving: I now go on a 2km walk every alternate day and do mat workouts otherwise. I can’t believe 4 weeks ago I couldn’t even stand, leave alone walk or exercise.
Solving issues for the writing community: Writers online have an issue with consistency without burning out, so I thought why not try to solve it. My first run of cohort-based course ends tomorrow. 40 writers from 20 countries took part in the first cohort, and the next one starts in January. There are 90+ people on the waitlist 👀
