Hi friend,
I discovered something new this week!
It’s not new per se, I’ve known about it for over a decade. But just like everything we know that can help us and enable us to lead a better life, it’s easy to dismiss such stuff and overlook it.
Today I’m going to talk about the importance of your vibes, and your energy.
Your thoughts create your energy field, your aura.
Think of the time you befriended a person because you got ‘good vibes’. See, energy recognises energy!
Each second you’re creating this energy field with your thoughts. Hence “be positive” is an overused quote, it’s overused because it works.
Last week, I told you about how I had a rough week prior to that because of worrying about way too many things and dwelling on those thoughts.
And then I thought - worrying won’t help.
Let me do everything I can in my capacity and we’ll see how it goes. In all honesty, here’s what I was fearing:
Filling my course Summit 21 in two weeks (I do it in 2+ months otherwise)
Launching my first self-paced course on LinkedIn
I’m typing this on a Friday and Summit 21 is sold out.
The LinkedIn course is there to stay so I’m not too worried about it.
Last Wednesday Niharikaa was crippled in anxiety around this.
“All that we are is a result of what we have thought.” – Buddha
What changed?
My belief in the universe which many people don’t resonate with.
“Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase. Just take the first step.” – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
I strongly believe that when your belief and frequency are high, nothing in the world can stop you from attaining what you want.
I visualised Summit 21 getting full and me being happy.
I visualised being at peace. And at the same time, I stopped stressing out about things and made peace with the consequences.
“Proper visualization by the exercise of concentration and willpower enables us to materialize thoughts, not only as dreams or visions in the mental realm but also as experiences in the material realm.” - Paramahansa Yogananda
But it’s difficult to make peace when it comes to work, right? Making peace with making much lesser money. Making peace with failing.
That’s where we lose our belief and things go down.
You make peace with abundance, not scarcity. You believe that you’ll succeed even when the odds don’t look like it and make your belief a force so strong.
It sounds crazy, but isn’t religion an unwavering belief too?
Whether you believe you can do a thing or not, you are right. - Henry Ford
So yes, I worked on giving in my best and being joyful instead of being happy.
I also did more pranayama (breathing exercises) so I can physiologically stay calm because just like your mind affects your body, your body affects your mind, too.
Is this something you can resonate with?
Then I hope this is your sign to take action.
