Hi friend,
I write this to you in real-time on Sunday morning.
Why I said that you probably shouldn’t read this is because I have nothing prepared for you this time. I usually write these newsletters on Saturday but I had major anxiety for the most part of the day.
I became nauseous in the evening.
And then we had Summit 21’s last cohort call at 8 pm and that’s when I felt okay and got upbeat.
Until the call ended.
I’m okay now and I haven’t stressed or anything yesterday. I’m not sure what it was but I’m glad it has passed.
So in today’s newsletter, I’ll leave you links for the stuff I’ve created this week and you can spend time on that if that’s okay.

Thanks for advice in the title . Bait titles are counterproductive for establishing trust, a certain kind of reputation some groups are seeking. Thank you for reminding to be mindful on what and why I read something.
Wish you good luck. It's a personal mental slippery slope ( speaking from my own biased experience). Unsubscribing . Life's short.
